Compostable stand-up pouch (700-900ml) - features

Outer layer made of brown kraft paper.
Inner layer made from Polylactic Acic (PLA) - typically made from renewable resources such as sugar cane.
Suitable for packing or storing food.
Seals tight with a gentle press to keep produce fresh.
Resealable pouch can be opened and closed repeatedly.
Suitable for a wide range of produce, including dried fruit, nuts, cereals, confectionery, tea & coffee and more.
Pouches flatten out and pack together efficiently in storage.
Then open out and stand upright thanks to rigid bottom gusset.
Suitable for heat sealing.
Easy to open - even after heat-sealing - thanks to handy tear-off notches.

Compostable stand-up pouch (700-900ml) - product structure

This compostable stand-up pouch features a 60gsm brown kraft paper outer layer, laminated to a 60-micron inner later of Polylactic Acid (PLA).

PLA conforms to the EN13432 industrial composting standard and is typically manufactured using renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane.

Compostable stand-up pouch (700-900ml) - storage instructions

Please ensure that these pouches are stored in a cool, dark place and in their original packaging. Failure to do so can dramatically reduce the product's shelf life.

Our compostable pouches have a maximum shelf life of 12 months as standard. After this point, the polymers used to make the product are designed to structurally break down and decompose.
