Our privacy policy

To ensure that we do not compromise the security of your personal details we store information we hold in an encrypted repository on our secure server. We sometimes also use cookies to record limited information that you provide to us, but these do not contain any direct information about your account. Cookies are small encrypted files stored by *your* browser and stored on *your* computer. A cookie is only accessible by the site that created it when the same windows user is logged in to your PC. If you share your computer and do not have your own windows login and password then you may wish to disable the storage of these details. We provide the functionality to do this by un-checking the 'remember these details for next time' checkbox available on all forms on this site that prompt you for any personal details.

What information do we store?

We keep the information stored in our cookies and our secure databases to an absolute minimum. We *never* record *any* of your credit-card details and in fact we avoid coming into direct contact with this information altogether - instead this information is collected only by the trusted payment gateways such as Paypal or SagePay (formerly Protx) who authorise and process the sale for us. These organisations use state of the art security to collect and protect your card details so that we never even have to see them.

Email alerting

If you have supplied us with your email address, we may from time to time (never more than once a month) email you with details of our current special offers and discounts. If you would like to change the format or frequency of these emails you can amend your alert preferences or choose to be removed from the mailing list altogether at any time.
