how to request free product samples/catalogue

We can provide you with a free sample of any product, so you can check it's right for you and confirm the high quality of our products. The easiest way to pick your sample is to:


  • drill down in the categories of our online stock catalogue
    (or use our site search facility to find a product)
  • select the product you want and follow the links to its product page
    (see an example of a product page)
  • click the 'get free product sample' link in the top of the coloured 'help with ordering' box
    (this appears on each product page, on the far right of the screen, near the top)
 click the link to request a free sample

This will return you to our sample request page, but will automatically set the sample product code field for you. Alternatively, if you already know the product code for the product you want you can simply type it into the product code box.
